Privacy Policy

Information we collect

e92 collects account identity details such as name, email address, profile image, workspace role, login activity, and audit history. When an approved user connects an external service, e92 may process marketplace, website, analytics, keyword, listing, order summary, resource, and report data needed for authorized workspace workflows.

Meta business data

e92 is operated by Tauqva and may be presented with e92 or Advertpreneur branding. When an approved user explicitly authorizes Meta access, e92 may process Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, ad account, campaign, message, comment, insight, lead, catalog, and business asset data needed for workspace workflows. e92 does not collect personal Facebook or Instagram account data outside approved Meta APIs and granted permissions.

Meta access tokens are stored server-side in encrypted form. e92 does not sell Meta user data, does not scrape Meta services, and does not use connected Meta data for unauthorized advertising.

Google user data

Google sign-in is used to verify identity. Google API connections may be used for Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Keyword Planner, and PageSpeed workflows when an approved user authorizes access. e92 uses this data to show website performance, search visibility, keyword ideas, reporting, and marketplace intelligence inside the approved workspace.

e92 does not sell Google user data. e92 does not use Google user data for unrelated advertising. e92's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How data is protected

• Access is invite-only and requires an approved team email.
• Workspace permissions limit which users can view or manage client data.
• OAuth tokens and marketplace credentials are stored server-side and encrypted where applicable.
• Audit logs record security-sensitive actions such as login, connection, export, and publishing events.

Data sharing

e92 shares data only when needed to provide the requested platform workflow, comply with law, protect the service, or operate approved infrastructure providers. Client workspace data is not shown to other clients.

Data retention and deletion

Workspace records are retained while the workspace remains active or as needed for security, legal, audit, and operational purposes. Users can disconnect Meta inside e92 or request deletion through the data deletion page.
